- H+ president is wondering what specific topic we would like to talk about at our
joint meeting
- Personal space flight industry and how it relates to trans-humanism are what we
will talk about together
- Josh will talk about X-Prize and its affects on personal space flight
- Bigelow and Space-X will be talked about by Josh
- Pizza and drinks will be at the meeting
- If you’re cancelling your office hours, allow someone to fill in or leave a note
as to why you’re not going to be at your office hours
- Newsletters will not be instituted for a long time for the fact that we don’t have
the interest
- Phoenix Landing has been responded to already
- Yuri’s night is coming up again and we have the opportunity to organize and/or attend
- We will check for support of either organizing or attending Yuri’s night at the
next meeting
- Our proposal didn’t win, though it was a tie at the first run, but Texas EMN is
hosting it next year
- Antonio will be helping with Texas A & M by providing a listing of who of our professors
and researchers are interested in going to SEDS National Conference
- Josh was elected Chairman of Organization and will be have to step down as Treasurer
- We will have to hold elections for that position in the Spring Semester
- A revision about self removal of officer
- Josh will email members about the opportunity
- The candidates have to announce their platforms by the H+ meeting and voting will
occur on the Dec 5th
- The SEDS officers appointed Josh as the election official
- The new Officer will take over immediately, although Josh will be helping the new
person
- Officers will have to write up things to tell new officers when they take up the
position
- The write up will be done by the beginning of Spring break
- Fundraising ideas will take place for ISDC
- Carnations selling by a vendor may be sponsored by us for a fundraising
- Percentage night for SEDS is at No Anchovies on Nov 26th from 5-7 pm
- Josh will be emailing the general members about further details regarding the event
